Several letters written by his nephew, Jean Baptiste [Preignac] de Védrines – written from the Chateau Doisy-Védrines in Barsac France – to his neighbor and fellow Proprietor were shared with Fr. Jason Vidrine by a descendant of the Roborel de Climens Family in France. They give further insight into our branch of the Védrines Family in France, which the Vidrine Family in Louisiana’s progenitor left behind.
