This is a really cool presentation (that isn’t too long) given last year of the incredible archeological work in the Pays des Illinois done in the last 10 years. Many of these finds are from the years that Jean Baptiste Lapaise de Védrines was stationed there, and, of course, Elisabeth de Moncharvaux was a native of there. I look forward to the results of the work being done now and in the next few years and what it will reveal to uncover the mystery of that part of the lives of Jean Baptiste Lapaise and Elisabeth de Védrines!
